Hanneke Frese is an executive coach to senior professionals and an independent consultant supporting global organizations with strategic Human Resources projects. In addition, Hanneke is active in the field of think tanks focusing on trends that shape the future of work and is a guest lecturer at executive master programs (Bocconi Milan, University of Geneva) on topics relating to enhancing leadership capabilities. Hanneke has coached senior executives and high potential professionals in global organisations in a variety of industries such as financial services, pharmaceutical organizations, medical technology, agri-business specialists, consumer goods and not for profit organisations with a worldwide reach. Hanneke is regularly invited as a coach at executive development programs offered by the INSEAD Global Leadership Center. In addition she is often approached to coach private individuals who are working on their personal professional development. Hanneke established her own consultancy in 2005 after gaining extensive strategic and operational human resources experience at business and corporate levels in global financial services organizations such as Citibank (1972-1995) and Zurich Financial Services (1999-2005) where she was Head Group Capabilities and a Member of the Group Management Board. Hanneke dedicates a considerable amount of her time to volunteer activities as a member of academic advisory boards (SDA Bocconi [Milan], Lorange Institute of Business [Switzerland]).She was appointed member of the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) Committee which supports and advises the European Foundation for Management Development on the development, implementation and operation of the system which accredits international business schools. As a founding member of the International Human Resources Community in Switzerland she actively supports HR professionals to benefit from a unique learning network. Hanneke studied languages at the State University of Antwerp, Belgium and obtained a degree in Human Resources Management at the Foundation for Training and Social Welfare Work in Amsterdam. She is a graduate of the International Teaching Program (IMD, 2007), obtained a diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology (INSEAD, 2009-2010), was awarded certification in the Immunity-to-Change Coaching Certification Program (Harvard, 2010-2011) and is attending the Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (Insead, 2011-2012). Hanneke obtained Team Focus™ accreditation to administer the psychological personality inventory NEO PI-R (2012). Hanneke is a Dutch national living in Zürich (Switzerland). She has lived and worked in The Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Switzerland and the USA and is fluent in English, Dutch and German.
